What do I need to do in order to shop on the GenMous website?


Shopping on the GenMous Website is easy! You will need to register on our website. By registering, you are able to receive special promotions via email, also you can send emails to our email box: sales@genmousco.com and tell us the items that you are interested in, then we will send you quote sheet, discuss new developments via email. To register on the website, we will need to collect personal information from you such as your company name, your name, email address and country.

 

What is the time frame to ship an order?

 

If you purchase items from our shop, generally if an item is in stock, it will ship within 7 – 10 business days. If an item is on backorder it may be 2 – 6 weeks before the item is available to ship unless otherwise noted.

 

If you are a wholesaler and place orders to us , the production lead time will be 60-65days after the samples are approved for production.

 

What method do you use to ship orders?

 

For items that are purchased from GenMous Shop, we ship via UPS, DHL, or other couriers.

For customized orders from our wholesalers, we will ship via vessel from China port to the world wide. If you have any other suggestions, please feel free to check with us.

 

Where can you ship to?

 

For items that are purchased from GenMous Shop, currently we ship within U.S., However we accept orders from worldwide and please be aware that orders shipped outside US will be charged at international shipping rates.

 

For customized orders from our wholesalers, we will ship to the worldwide.

 

What payment methods are available?

 

For items that are purchased from GenMous Shop, Right now we accept PayPal as the payment method, sorted top as being the most convenient method in the world. You can connect your PayPal, credit card, debit card or bank account to PayPal for purchasing our products. After submitting an order, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction.

 

1. Log in to your PayPal account;

2. Enter your card details and the order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Then click and Submit;

3. Your payment will be processed and an invoice will be sent to your e-mail address;

 

NOTE: Your order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Please ensure that it is correct and complete.

 

For customized orders from our wholesalers, the price term can be FOB, CIF, DDP, LC etc, so we accept payment TT or LC.

 

If an item is marked as backordered, do I need to re-order this?

 

No, if an order is marked as backordered, we will hold this until this is available to ship.

 

When an item is marked as backordered, when can I expect to receive this item?

 

Backorders are generally shipped within 2 – 6 weeks however; seasonal or new items may take longer and could be 90 – 120 days depending on the item. Contact our customer care team to get an accurate anticipated arrival date.

 

Where is product made?

 

All of our products are designed and created by GenMous design team in China, as well as our collaborated artists in the USA. All items are made in China.
